A small victory has been made in the case of L.A. Assistant Fire Chief , Glynn Johnson, who beat 6-month old German Shepherd puppy Karley to death. Yesterday, Johnson was arrested outside his Riverside home and charged with 1 count of felony animal cruelty with 2 enhancements of using a deadly weapon to commit a felony!!

Even though Johnson was arrested, the battle is not over yet, as he is currently on paid administrative leave and awaiting a decision about his job status and retirement pension.
