Planned Giving

Thank you for thinking of Last Chance for Animals (LCA) in your estate plans.

Planned Giving provides a stable future for LCA and hope for the millions of animals suffering needlessly each day. By including LCA in your estate plans, you will memorialize a lifetime of compassion and guarantee that your voice for animals will carry on.

Please consult your attorney or professional advisor to ensure that your estate plans are in compliance with all applicable laws.

Wills

LCA can be named a beneficiary of:

Your attorney may wish to use the following language when making a bequest to LCA:

"I give, devise, and bequeath to Last Chance for Animals, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with federal tax identification number 95-4013155, located at 8033 Sunset Blvd, Suite 835, Los Angeles, CA 90046, the sum of $                (or describe the real or personal property or portion of the estate) to be used for its general purposes."

Please consult your attorney or professional advisor to ensure that your plans are in compliance with all applicable laws.

Living Trust

LCA can be named as a trustee of your living trust. Unlike a will, a living trust takes effect immediately upon your passing and is also revocable.

In order to name LCA as a trustee of your living trust, you must transfer ownership of specified assets from your name to LCA. You will continue to enjoy the use of all your assets while knowing that they will one day support a lifesaving cause.

Financial Accounts

LCA can also be named as a beneficiary on your financial accounts.
