Many companies have a matching gift program; you make a donation to LCA and they may match your gift. Just follow these three easy steps...

1. Donate
Make a cash, check or credit card donation to Last Chance for Animals. Make sure to get a gift tax receipt in case your workplace requires it. Most employer matching programs give you up to one year to request their match on your donation.

2. Search
Use the search box on the right to search for your employer. Select your regional office if you get more than one result.

No results? Your employer may still have a matching program. Ask your HR department if your company matches employee donations.

3. Match Request Submission
There are two ways to submit the matching request:

1. Download your company's matching gift verification form using the provided link. Print it, fill it out and mail or email it to us:

2. If your company provides a link to their intranet, log in and submit your matching gift request to them. They'll process your request and send it to us.

Once we receive your form or online request, we'll take care of the rest. Your company will send its matching donation directly to LCA. And you'll help twice (or even three times) as much.
